The Texas Digital Humanities Consortium mini-conference followed the 2016 Texas Conference on Digital Libraries at the Commons Learning Center, J.J. Pickle Research Campus of UT Austin on May 27, 2016. This conference combined the openness and participatory spirit of unconferences such as THATCamps with the presentation opportunities provided by more formal conferences. Each session featured a speaker or team of speakers presenting their research for approximately 15 minutes, followed by discussion or hands-on experimentation.
